About TaxLien.io
TaxLien.io tracks tax lien and tax deed auctions across US counties — statutory interest rates, redemption periods, and confirmed sale dates, sourced from state statute and public county auction notices.
The site is early and independently built, not backed by a brokerage or investment firm. We'd rather cover fewer states accurately than all fifty with numbers we haven't checked — that's why the state coverage on this site grows gradually instead of claiming completeness on day one, and why every rate and date links back to how it was sourced.
What we're building toward
Today, TaxLien.io is a reference: state rate data, a market pulse of real upcoming auctions, and plain-language guides to how the process actually works. The roadmap includes a full auction calendar, CSV and API export, and redemption tracking — features we've labeled honestly as "coming soon" rather than pretending they already exist.
Our approach to accuracy
We don't publish a number we haven't sourced. Where a rate or redemption period could vary by county or change with a legislative session, the page says so. See the disclaimer for the full picture — this site is informational, not financial or legal advice, and every figure should be confirmed against the relevant state or county before you act on it.
